This scope is inferred from the method and the endpoint's group — the OpenAPI document does
not carry one per operation. The wire is authoritative; whoami reports what your
token actually holds.
Description
action=list returns items[] {id, title, slug, status, type, date, modified, url}; get (needs id) adds excerpt and the full block-html content. create needs title (content is block html, status defaults to draft); update needs id plus at least one of title, content, status, slug, excerpt; trash needs id. Those three require write:hosting.

ownership checks, and the transport. Not a closed set — a shared code from the
