get_app_activity
Description
Read an account's Installatron activity: tasks[] — currently running/queued work with percent progress (poll this after an async install or import_wordpress migration) — and activity[] — the recent log of installs, updates, backups, clones, available-update notices and vulnerability alerts, newest first. A domain input shows only that domain's rows; a username or service id shows the whole account. Every row carries its time as ISO-8601 too (at, created_at, updated_at) — read the dates: an old uninstall or error row is history, not the outcome of the install you just started (match rows to your install by url and time). Filter with install (an app id from list_apps), severity (notice/info/error), days and limit.
