list_processes
Description
List the running processes of a hosting account as its own user — data[] of {pid, ppid, cpuPercent, memPercent, rssKb, elapsedSeconds, state, command, args} plus a summary of the totals. Answers "what is running on my account", "why is my site slow", "is something stuck" (a php process with a large elapsedSeconds is a stuck request; many lsphp workers is load). Needs shell access enabled once (manage_shell_access); answers shell_not_enabled with the recovery otherwise. For the PHP-only snapshot with cpu/mem totals see get_site_stats with report=php_usage; to kill a process use run_shell_command with kill <pid>.
