manage_domain_transfers
Description
Track and drive inbound domain transfers — one tool, several actions. action:"list" returns the transfers on this account (data[].transferId, domain, state); action:"show" reads one by transfer_id; action:"precheck" checks whether a domain can be transferred in (supported TLD, already here, registry simulation) without starting anything; action:"initiate" starts a registry transfer with the EPP auth_code; action:"retry" re-checks a stalled transfer; action:"cancel" cancels a pending one. initiate executes immediately; retry and cancel return A confirmation URL — nothing happens until the human approves those; list, show and precheck are immediate reads. This starts the registry transfer; the billable transfer order is a separate step — use transfer_domain_in to create and pay it (free.se/.nu transfers execute through transfer_domain_in too, on the human's approval, with no invoice).
