Description

Quote a change of legal owner (registrant organisation) for a .se/.nu domain, and hand off to the signed flow. This does not execute the change and charges nothing: an owner change must be signed with BankID, so this returns the price plus guidance to complete it in the Inleed client area. It is quote-and-handoff, not a spend. To correct contact details on the existing owner (not a legal owner change) use update_registrant.
